"Working with SBI has been a fantastic creative process. I love the way they take my ideas and make suggestions that yield results above my expectations! Their woodworking craftsmanship has been a particular pleasure since it is one of my long time interests. We've had numerous homes through the years, and the kitchen in the barn is the best design. It is not the largest by far, but it functions better than ones 3 times the size! We've lived in the barn for 2 years now and there is nothing I wish we'd done differently.

In every project there are changes and 'fixings'. SBI has always completed these in a timely and cheerful manner. Inappropriate language can be heard on most construction sites, but not at a Stebnitz site.

Now we are started on the cottage, really a guest wing to the future house that will be phase 3 of our project. Although I once thought I never ever wanted to build a house, I am now looking forward to it. Together with SBI, we have confidence we will come up with a unique plan and no regrets!"
