Goals:
Create space for four bedrooms when the grandchildren visit, along with a complete addition of a master suite with bath. Redesign the front entrance, enhance the view of the lake and make the exterior of the home maintenance free.

Goals Accomplished!
By adding a full second story, the Dolan's now have plenty of room for four full bedrooms and a master suite. Included in the suite is a cultured-stone gas fireplace and a full bath with a spectacular view of Lake Geneva. Four bay windows are perfectly placed in the front of the house to offer a stunning view of the lake including a large bay window located in the library sitting room off the family room. We made the home's exterior maintenance free by replacing the existing aluminum siding with 25-year Hardie Board siding, eliminating the need for any routine upkeep or maintenance.
