We are excited to welcome Tracy McHugh to our team. Her impact on creating a memorable remodeling experience for our clients will be felt from the very first call through the project follow-up.
Having her join our team as an Executive Assistant was a natural fit and a great opportunity to utilize her skills in marketing and business development. Tracy, in conjunction with Chris Stebnitz, will be directing the branding and marketing efforts for Stebnitz Builders, as well as, directly managing the advertising outlets and social media channels.
As a mother of three young children and several years of working with family business, Tracy is field-tested and extremely successful with juggling multiple tasks and schedules.
Since 2004, Tracy has coordinated the highly successful Women’s Resource Fair, a community event featuring 2-days of seminars and exhibitors in the areas of health, wellness, organic foods and nutrition. Tracy’s experience managing this level of events will be crucial to our team as we continue to host community events like our Chili Cook-off for the United Way of Walworth County and coordinating internal events for our clients and our team.
After earning her bachelor’s degree in business marketing from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater Tracy has had over 15 years of experience in marketing, social media management and coordinating events. She is currently active on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Walworth County and working on their Marketing Committee, as well as, served on the Marketing Committee with the Walworth County Visitors Bureau.
