covid-19 updates & Safety precautions
I hope this finds you and your loved ones, well.
The Stebnitz Builders team remains an essential part of our clients’ homes, even as the effects of this pandemic unfolds. The safety of our team, our clients and their homes remain our top priority.
We are always mindful of the spread of germs, especially in the winter and spring months and will continue to be so, now more than ever. You can rest assured that we will do everything possible to ensure the safety of our team members and clients. We have taken precautions to ensure that all of our team members adhere to state and federal requirements and will maintain proper social distancing so long as it allows us to provide the immediate safety for our team members, our clients and their homes.
Our immediate goal is to continue moving forward, as per contract and plans, to complete the project our clients have entrusted us to complete. However, there are some factors, outside of our control, that may alter those plans. Those include, trade contractor availability, product availability and of course, the availability of a healthy team. As always, we will keep in close communication with any changes to the schedule we’ve created.
Safety is, was and will continue to be, our top priority. Safety of our team members, safety of your home and safety of the people and items within it. We will maintain social distancing, in a manner that does not sacrifice safety of our team members, you or your home. Team members experiencing any flu-like symptoms will be brought out of the project and not allowed to return until their symptoms are resolved.
We believe in the strength of our local economies and the resolve of our team members, our clients and our community to bring closure to this situation. We’re all in this together and our team plans to keep calm and carry on with the quiet resolve we seek to demonstrate daily.
We will continue to support our local businesses and households and stand ready to serve you as a proud partner in the community. Please contact our office with any questions or concerns.
Be safe. Be well.
