Every client that works with Stebnitz Builders has either talked with her on the phone or received an email or letter from her. Some are lucky enough to meet her when they come into our office. But, if you have a question or an issue comes up you need assistance with, Cindy Whalen, our Office Manager, will not give up until she has the answer or the solution.

Cindy is a lifelong resident of Delavan, graduating from DDHS, and knows just about everyone. She’s married to Ron Whalen and together they have three children and five grandchildren.

We are lucky to have Cindy on our team. With 40 years of experience as an accountant and office manager, she knows how to get you the answer you need. Cindy’s vast experience offering exceptional customer service and her excellent communication skills make her a strong team member with Stebnitz Builders.

Her work outside the office is equally impressive as she is involved in the Elks Organization, serving as treasurer both at the Delavan Lodge and the Wisconsin Elks major project- providing support for Camp Wawbeek Easter Seals Respite Camp in Wisconsin Dells. She also enjoys genealogy research and is very active with her grandchildren.

Whether I was working for my dad at Zabel’s Auto Service for 14 years, as an office manager for a landscaping contractor, a general manager for a manufacturing operation or part of the team here with Stebnitz Builders, the best interactions with our clients is always my top priority,” Cindy explained.

There is very little Cindy is not involved in, either in a direct role or a supporting role with us. Whether it’s providing support for production, for the Remodeling Consultants or on the management side, Cindy feels right at home.

Cindy is critical to the overall function of the company and is Owner, Chris Stebnitz’ right-hand man.

I couldn’t do it without Cindy. Along with her great customer service, she is constantly ensuring that all processes and procedures are being met and even the most obscure bit of information I need is right at her fingertips. We wouldn’t be the same team without her,” Stebnitz explained.
