Courtney has been a carpenter for thirty-five years, and he has been a valuable part of our team for seven of those years! When asked about his favorite part of working for Stebnitz Builders, he explained that he really enjoys working for our owner Chris Stebnitz. He said, “He is an awesome boss, and he is a people-person which makes life much easier.” Courtney’s biggest strength on the job site is managing the moving parts of a remodeling project and he is a confident leader of the other carpenters he works with. He is also a skilled problem solver, which allows our projects to run smooth without constant oversight. Courtney believes that each project he is on provides aspects that are enjoyable, and he is excited to work with future clients on their projects! When he is not managing a job site, Courtney enjoys camping with his wife!
