Our clients had recently purchased a home on Potter Lake that had a master bedroom with quite a bit of extra space than they needed. They came to us with the idea of converting part of the bedroom to a laundry room. An added benefit of adding this space to the master bedroom was having the laundry on the same floor as all the bedrooms to eliminate carrying laundry up and down the stairs. They explained that they are an active family that enjoys many outdoor activities, so they are constantly doing laundry to keep up with their active lifestyles.
We worked with the homeowners and designed a new laundry room with double insulation, so they could have the convenience of a laundry room without the added noise in their bedroom. They now have a spacious laundry room in a convenient location, and they are able to keep up with the high laundry demands of an active family.
