Chris Egner collaborates closely with the Stebnitz Builders team as a lead designer on many of our remodeling projects. With more than 30 years of experience in residential remodeling and custom home design, Chris brings both creativity and practicality to the projects he helps develop for our clients.
Chris is a national award-winning designer and holds multiple certifications through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), including Master Certified Remodeler (MCR) and Master Certified Kitchen & Bath Remodeler (MCKBR). Maintaining these certifications requires ongoing continuing education, keeping him current on evolving design trends, construction techniques, and product innovations.
Chris believes the purpose of great design is to improve how families live in their homes. By listening carefully to each homeowner’s goals, he develops thoughtful design solutions that balance beauty, function, and lifestyle. Using advanced CAD and 3D design technology, he helps clients clearly visualize their projects before construction begins.
When Chris isn’t refining designs late into the evening, he enjoys spending time at his second home in Door County.
