Jay Thibault brings 25 years of carpentry experience to the team at Stebnitz Builders, having joined the company in February 2025. Jay’s journey in carpentry began at the age of 12, learning the craft from his father, and over the years, he has become a well-rounded professional, capable of tackling any aspect of a remodeling project.
At Stebnitz Builders, Jay appreciates the consistency the company has provided at this stage of his career, along with the supportive and collaborative team environment, which includes many eager, younger carpenters. Jay has developed a particular passion for trim carpentry and the finer details of remodeling, eagerly taking on projects that challenge his skills.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys hunting, fishing, and, of course, eating – embracing the outdoor lifestyle whenever he gets the chance.
