Joe
Chambers

Lead
Carpenter

Joe’s career in carpentry started early on in his life. Joe’s father owned a construction company, so as early as eleven, he was spending nights and weekends cleaning the company’s equipment. At the age of seventeen, Joe stepped onto a job site for the first time and has been mastering his craft since! Joe has been working for our team since 2019, and he gets to share this experience with his son Zach who is also a part of our team! Along with the bond he shares with his son, Joe enjoys the family atmosphere that Stebnitz Builders shares with all of our employees. Joe believes that his greatest skill is paying attention to all the details of a project. He explained, “I am good at looking ahead to where the project will be in a day or a week.” Joe noted that he developed these skills working on commercial projects where he had to stay one or two steps ahead of his team to maintain productivity. Joe’s foresight has aided in the timely and skillful completion of projects that include the gateway at Elkhorn Area High School and the decks of First Baptist Church in Delavan. In Joe’s free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, kayaking, hiking, and boating because he really enjoys spending time outdoors!
