Kane Kaiser joined Stebnitz Builders through the Youth Apprenticeship program in the spring of 2025, bringing with him a strong interest in carpentry that began back in high school. During his senior year, he focused entirely on trade-related courses, inspired by a teacher whose hands-on skills motivated Kane to start building his own.
What Kane values most about working at Stebnitz Builders is the team atmosphere. “Everyone is willing to teach me as someone just getting started. It truly feels like a big family all pulling in the same direction,” he says.
Kane brings a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to every job site. He’s the kind of team member who’s always looking for ways to help and keeps the energy upbeat while doing it. One of his favorite projects so far was a home on Whitewater Lake, set on a peninsula with lake views on both sides. “There’s no better workplace than being by the lake in the summer,” he adds.
Outside of work, Kane enjoys staying active by working out and spending quality time with his family. We’re excited to be part of his journey as he continues growing in the trades.
