As the Director of First Impressions, Karen understands her duty to start our clients experience with our team. It is her goal to ensure that each person knows their value to our team from the first phone call. She started developing her communication skills after graduating from Delavan-Darien High School.
She transitioned to the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater where she received her degree in education and started a career as an elementary school teacher. Her career as a teacher helped her gain communication skills, which she believes will now help her in her role with our team.
After 8 years of teaching, Karen left the education field to stay home with her three daughters Ella (12), Addyson (11), Londyn (9), and a son, Joey (7). She enjoys taking them on hikes, exploring new areas and spending time with friends at the lake on paddle boards.
