Lynne joined the Stebnitz Builders team in the Spring of 2023. She brings 18 years of building and remodeling experience to the team. Having worked extensively in the industry, Lynne provides personalized design consultation, ensuring homeowners have an amazing experience throughout the project. Lynne received her Bachelor of Science degree from UW-Stout in 1989 in Merchandising & Business Administration. She has always had a flair for great design, form, and function as well as the desire to take old and make new again.
She officially crossed the “cheddar curtain” back in 1993, when her daughter was born, with hopes of raising her family in the small town of Williams Bay, where extended family has lived for generations. Lynne has slowly been restoring and remodeling her 1947 Cape Cod home over the years. She is a proud parent of two amazing adult children: Abby and Jake. Away from work you will find Lynne enjoying the outdoors, whether it’s boating on Geneva Lake, gardening (weeding) at home, spending time with family or walking on one of the many trails in our area.
Lynne is actively involved in local community organizations and believes strongly in volunteering whenever she can. She served on the Williams Bay School Board from 2011-2017 during the referendum and building of the new Elementary School. She currently serves as secretary for her church council, and homeowners association. Lynne has also held her Real Estate Broker’s license, since 2005.
