Marcus Bladel is a skilled carpenter with eight years of hands-on experience in the trade. He joined the Stebnitz Builders team in November 2025 after working in Delavan, where he focused on finish carpentry for commercial apartment buildings. That experience helped him develop a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering clean, professional results on every project.
Marcus specializes in rough framing, where his technical ability and structural knowledge truly stand out. He also enjoys framing custom windows and completing moderate trim work, taking pride in finishes that come out clean, precise, and built to last. His craftsmanship reflects both efficiency and attention to detail.
One of Marcus’s favorite parts about working at Stebnitz Builders is the positive and open team environment. He values the patience and support shown when learning new processes or asking questions, and he appreciates the overall strong, encouraging attitude on the job site.
Outside of work, Marcus starts most days strong by working out four days a week before coming in. He is active at Trinity Church and is a devoted family man. When he’s not on the job site, he spends much of his time with his wife and young son, focusing on raising him into a strong young man.
