Growing up around the construction industry, Max developed a passion for carpentry by working alongside his dad and grandpa before joining the Stebnitz Builders team nearly six years ago. He enjoys the family-oriented culture at Stebnitz Builders and values being part of a team that genuinely cares about one another both on and off the job. While he enjoys all aspects of remodeling, finish trim is his favorite because it brings every project together and showcases the final details. One of Max’s proudest accomplishments is completing his first new home build as the lead carpenter, seeing the project come together from the ground up. Outside of work, Max enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, hiking, and making memories with friends and family.
