Sam
Stebnitz

Brand Manager

Sam joined the office team in the summer of 2020 after working in the field part-time during summers and winter breaks. He has experienced different facets of the business, but he has found his ideal role working with our brand and creating stronger ties with our clients and community. Sam places great importance in the company’s brand because it has meant so much to him throughout his life.

Sam has studied two generations of the company before him, and he understands the family culture that Stebnitz Builders was founded on. In every interaction, he wants our clients to know they are being heard and they are getting the respect they deserve.

In May of 2022, Sam graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in sociology and a minor in business. His studies of interactions between people add to the experience he gained interacting with new people daily Evergreen Country Club in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. It was there he learned the impact each team member has on the overall client experience, and Sam will be focused on maintaining those principles with Stebnitz Builders.

We also value building the community we live in and work in, so Sam is looking forward to continuing and advancing our involvement. He has always placed value in giving time to different causes and groups. He coached freshman basketball at Elkhorn Area High School during his senior year. Sam served as the executive director for the UW-Madison chapter of Student Veterans of America and helped coordinate events for the veteran community on campus. He also served as a camp counselor for Camp Kesem, which is a summer camp for children whose parents have, or had, cancer.
