Sam joined the Stebnitz Builders office team in the summer of 2020 after gaining hands-on experience working in the field during summers and winter breaks. Through that time, he developed a well-rounded understanding of the business, ultimately finding his passion in strengthening the company’s brand and building meaningful connections with clients and the community. For Sam, the Stebnitz Builders brand is deeply personal—it represents values that have shaped his life.
Having observed two generations of the company, Sam appreciates the strong family culture at its foundation. He is committed to ensuring that every client feels heard, respected, and valued in every interaction.
Sam graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in May 2022 with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Business. His academic focus on human interaction complements the real-world experience he gained working at Evergreen Country Club in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, where he saw firsthand how each team member contributes to the overall client experience. He brings that same mindset to his work at Stebnitz Builders.
Community involvement is also important to Sam. He has consistently dedicated his time to causes that make a difference, including coaching freshman basketball at Elkhorn Area High School, serving as Executive Director of the UW–Madison chapter of Student Veterans of America, and working as a counselor for Camp Kesem, a summer camp supporting children affected by a parent’s cancer. He looks forward to continuing and expanding Stebnitz Builders’ impact within the community.
Outside of work, Sam values time with his family. He married his wife, Jordan, in 2025, and they are building their life together while Jordan completes her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Minnesota, where she is set to graduate in 2027. At home, they stay busy with their four pets—two cats, Miss Kitty and Otis, and two dogs, Cash and Penny—who are a big part of their everyday life.
