Basement Media Room Remodeling Project

Stebnitz Builders completely remodeled this Delavan Lake home, adding this dynamic theater room to its lower-level. Along with the luxurious stadium seating chairs, original pieces from the old local movie theater were restored and used throughout, including original movie stanchions, movie reels and original movie posters. The wine room door was once the original theater cooler door. This was restored and made for the perfect compliment to the history now residing in our clients’ lower-level.
