Our clients were looking forward to working with our team because of our Aging-in-Place Certifications. They knew that we would help them design a home that would be a perfect space for them to enjoy for years to come. To meet our clients desires, we planned for a zero threshold floor plan. This floor plan allows our clients to maneuver through their house without worrying about any steps.
Our team also made the doors wide enough in the house to ensure each room could be accessed with a wheelchair in case it was necessary in the future. The final touch our team added was an elevator for access to the finished lower-level of the house. When the project was completed, the clients were thrilled with their new ability to live in their home without worrying about the future.
