After growing up in this home, our client had moved down the road to stay near Lauderdale Lakes. However, our clients inherited their childhood home, and they were ready to make it their own. It can be a challenge remodeling a space that you have known from such a young age, but with our design help, they were able to envision a home they could call their own.
The main goal was to modernize their kitchen with their own personal touches. This included all new cabinetry and countertops to give the kitchen a warm and modern look. Our team also removed the soffit above the previous cabinets to allow for a tall and spacious look. The wallpaper that had been previously used was removed to allow for a paint finish. All new stainless steel appliances completed this kitchen transformation.
In the dining room, we created a “butler’s pantry” which allowed more storage and counter space for our clients. This will allow them to entertain their guests without excusing themselves from the festivities.
