Shortly after moving into her new home in Symphony Bay, Robbyn recognized she needed a little more from it. Although she had never remodeled, she knew a change would be required to maximize her home’s functionality and enjoy it even more.
“I wanted more livable space and to create an extra room I could use throughout the year,” she explained. Her first thought was to simply enclose her porch. But after speaking with Remodeling Consultant, Chopper Anderson, he took that idea and developed the area into a beautiful, and more versatile, three-season room.
What was once an open-air porch, has been thoughtfully transformed into a stunning and functional three-season room—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying peaceful mornings with a view. Expansive windows on all sides flood the room with natural light, creating an open atmosphere while providing a more controlled environment during colder months.
Robbyn said the design process allowed her to see what the renovated space would look like and even gave her visual perspectives of sightlines from inside and outside the room. Every question was answered, allowing her to move into the production phase of the project without reservation on the benefits it would add to her home.
“Clear and consistent communication led me to trust my team throughout the process. I knew I would love the finished project.”
Robbyn was especially impressed with her field team’s respectful and detail-oriented approach throughout production. She explained that the crew was very mindful that she was still living there while they were working and kept their impact on her daily life to a minimum.
“They cleaned up at the end of every day. They took the time to make sure everything was just right. The care they had for me and my home was evident throughout the entire project.”
“It really was such a great experience,” she reflected. “The attention to detail was amazing. If I had questions, they were answered right away. Everyone on my project was dialed in with exactly what I wanted.”
Robbyn explained why she tells friends and neighbors that Stebnitz Builders will continue to be her remodeling firm of choice.
