This busy Lake Geneva family came to us seeking more functionality in their main level living area. They sought a floor plan that would allow for more interaction in the kitchen, together as a family, along with some updates to the finishes. Our design team proposed moving the kitchen to the other side of the house so it’s more connected to the living space and incorporate an island as a hub for the family.
In addition, we closed off the upstairs loft area in order to create a more private area for their family to play and spend time together. This allows them to have their own area away from the rest of the home.
