The master bathroom deserves the spotlight in this home as it underwent an aesthetic and functional transformation with some very cool features.
When we first visited this home, the vanity extended from the floor to the ceiling, splitting the room in half. Our remodeling consultant, Chopper Anderson, designed the perfect solution – a double-sided mirror/ window fixture that allowed the room to feel more open. The new design adds functionality and flexibility to the bathroom, now offering four mirrors for our clients to use.
We also removed a large, bulky vanity and replaced it with a modern vanity with added counter space. The new countertop they chose is a Quartz Calacatta Classique with a Treeline edge profile. Replacing the vanity added more space for our clients to navigate their master bathroom and streamlined their daily routine. Pay special attention to the Kohler Artist Edition undermount “Ice Sink” see-through bowls our clients chose. Very cool!
In the kitchen, we replaced the existing island and added new Britannica Gold Cambria Quartz countertops with Ogee edge profile throughout the kitchen. This created a more consistent feel – a goal of our clients had from the beginning.
Finally, we remodeled a second-level bathroom by tearing out the shower and retiling it with a subway tile to create a cleaner and more modern look and feel.
