Timeless Design Meets Everyday Function

The homeowners came to us looking to refresh two outdated Jack and Jill bathrooms in their Geneva National summer home. While the existing layouts had served their family well over the years, the original finishes, cabinetry, and fixtures no longer reflected the style or functionality they wanted for a home that frequently hosts their daughters and extended family.

Project Overview

Working alongside our design team, we focused on preserving what already worked while elevating each space with updated cabinetry, tile, fixtures, and finishes. In the main-level Jack and Jill bathroom, the layout remained intact, allowing the redesign to concentrate on creating a brighter, more timeless look that complemented the rest of the home.

The lower-level bathroom required a more functional transformation. An unused bathtub was removed and replaced with a spacious walk-in shower complete with a built-in bench, creating a space that was both more practical and more inviting for guests. A leaking basement window was also replaced, bringing in additional natural light while resolving an ongoing maintenance concern.

As the project progressed, the homeowners chose to extend the renovation into their primary bathroom. New tile was installed behind the vanity to add visual interest, and the space was repainted in a fresh, updated color palette that gave the room a more refined feel.

By focusing on thoughtful updates rather than major structural changes, these bathroom renovations transformed dated spaces into bright, functional retreats that will continue to serve the family for years to come.
