The renovation touched every room in the home. New kitchen cabinets and complimentary built-ins beautify the main floor and lower level. The owner’s bathroom, and three others, were completely renovated. A screen room was converted to a three-seasons space utilizing the SunSpace window system, radiant ceiling heaters and cable railing. Decorative wainscot and millwork details compliment the architectural style. The walk-out concrete patio was enhanced with outdoor cabinets, two beverage centers and paver-stone overlay. The steep slope to the lake was redesigned with the use of High Format outcropping walls, stairs and pavers to address erosion and safety concerns while dramatically enhancing the beauty and safety of the property.
As you walk in through the front door you are greeted by an expansive, welcoming kitchen and great room. The views of Geneva Lake are immediate and complemented by the light colors of the space. This area is perfect for entertaining and enjoying time together with plenty of space for friends and family.
