Their dreams came true the day they moved back in and immediately began welcoming guests to their Delavan Lake getaway! Our clients wanted a home they could entertain family and friends in, but didn’t have enough room. When we discovered the original foundation was not built to handle a second story, the only option was to tear it down and start over. One wall and the peninsula fireplace (see the chimney) was all that remain from the original home.
