In 2023, they visited us to discuss updating parts of their home. Their goal was to modify their kitchen, add a three-season room and give the entire home a facelift. Remodeling Consultant, Jeff “Chopper” Anderson, took our client’s goals and designed a great plan.
In the kitchen, we removed a peninsula of cabinets, replaced it with an expansive island housing the stove top and oven and added a custom tabletop for dining with guests.

They wanted to replace their outdated message center, so we replaced it with a great coffee bar with storage above and below. We also created a bar perfect for storing all types of drinks and plenty counter space for any event .
To create even more entertaining space, we designed a three-season room, complete with a Mon-Ray Glasswall enclosure system which provided another great view of their beautiful surroundings. This window system allows them to alternate between screened-in airflow and full protection from the elements. By lifting and lowering window segments, our clients can enjoy the outdoors while maintaining the benefits of being indoors, all year long.
We also designed an outdoor entertainment area for our clients that faces the pond in front of their home. We added an outdoor kitchen, an “endless pool” for swimming exercises, a screen porch, and a hot tub, which gave our clients endless opportunities for outdoor fun!
To complete the facelift of the home, we replaced all the windows and siding. We used LP SmartSide siding to guarantee the look and color of the home will last a long time. Finally, we built-up the front entryway to give the home an even more stunning first impression.
